The Origin

This didn’t start as a brand.
It started as a reminder.

I’m Larry T — a husband, a father, and someone who has spent over 50 years navigating real life. Responsibility. Pressure. Seasons where faith felt stretched and fear felt close.

In 2020, while sitting at home battling COVID, I heard a Pastor say something that stayed with me:

“Do it scared. But be courageous in your belief that God is able.”

That moment stayed.

Not as motivation.
But as direction.

I started with one piece—a shirt that reminded me to stay grounded in faith, even when life didn’t feel steady. To keep moving forward. To trust God in real time.

The Realization

Over time, something became clear.

There are believers everywhere—working, training, leading, raising families—who are living their faith in everyday moments.

Not perfectly.
But consistently.

Not loud.
But present.

That’s where Courageous Nation lives.

The Expression

The Standard

Following Christ is not separate from daily life.

Stewardship

We don’t separate our faith from how we care for ourselves.

Scripture teaches that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit.
Because of that, stewardship matters.

Not for appearance.
But for responsibility.

For many of us, that looks like real life:
early mornings in a home gym,
long days that still make room for movement,
choosing better where we can,
and continuing to grow—physically and spiritually.

Not perfectly.
But consistently.

For over 30 years, I’ve approached it that way—training, eating with intention when possible, and feeding my spirit along the way.

Courageous Nation exists for those who love God deeply and live that out daily—at the gym, on a run, at home, at work, and everywhere in between.
