1. Manufacturing Defects

We will replace or refund items that have verified:

• Graphic misprints
• Production defects
• Material or manufacturing flaws
• Official product recalls

Claims must include clear photographic evidence submitted within 5 days of delivery.

Normal wear and tear, improper sizing selection, or dissatisfaction with style are not considered manufacturing defects.


2. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers must work directly with the delivery carrier to resolve such matters.

We recommend tracking your shipment and securing delivery locations.


3. Refunds

Once your claim is received and inspected:

• You will receive email confirmation
• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
• Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued for an order that received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing error.

We do not guarantee size exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

5. Policy Enforcement

Courageous Nation reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the standards outlined in this policy.
