1. Made-To-Order Production

All products are made to order through our Print-On-Demand production process.

Because items are custom produced upon purchase, please allow:

2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

During high-volume periods, production may take longer.

Production time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States:
3–7 business days

International:
7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Product type
• Quantity
• Delivery destination

Promotional free shipping offers may apply when advertised.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather events
• Customs processing
• High-volume periods
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your order is delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

• We are not responsible for lost packages
• Reshipment fees may apply
• Refunds are not guaranteed


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
• Customers must work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve delivery disputes

We recommend monitoring tracking information and securing delivery locations.


8. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

• Import taxes
• Local handling fees

These charges are determined by your country and are not included in our product pricing or shipping fees.


9. Split Shipments
